Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Bristol, Dublin or London. You will coordinate software development lifecycle activities, create roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with UK/Ireland teams as well as US and Japan stakeholders.

The role demands a strong software engineering background, hands-on delivery experience, and a passion for improving processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple software projects across distributed teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule.
• Experience with Agile software development (Scrum).
• Strong communication with stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans for software projects contributing to the PlayStation developer platform.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align on objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate product testing with QA teams.
• Report progress cross-functionally to senior executives.
• Manage internal projects to balance internal improvements and external commitments.
• Contribute to improving project management and software development practices.
