Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Bristol, Dublin or London, supporting the delivery of the best possible game developer experience. You will coordinate resources across the full software development lifecycle, work with UK & Ireland teams and stakeholders in the US and Japan, and help build roadmaps while mitigating risks.

The role is hybrid with frequent in‑office time and occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience across software projects.
  • Experience managing multiple software development projects with distributed teams.
  • Experience delivering projects on schedule and coordinating software releases.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Software Engineering Manager to coordinate software development, testing and release activities.
  • Create project plans for software projects contributing to the Sony developer platform.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to align on objectives, milestones and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate product testing activities with QA colleagues.
  • Report progress cross-functionally and to senior executives.
  • Manage internal projects to balance internal improvements with external delivery commitments.
  • Contribute to improving project management and software development practices.
