Job Summary:
The Senior Programme Manager role is pivotal for the transformation and migration of our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday, towards a more Cloud-centric model. This role involves guiding, managing, and driving the transition, requiring close collaboration with high-level stakeholders, HR leadership, and service providers. The successful candidate will be proficient in handling organizational design, system, or process enhancements, with an emphasis on Cloud, SaaS products, and API strategies. Deep knowledge of Workday, strong program management, communication, leadership, and delegation skills are essential.
Requirements include proven experience as a Programme Manager, managing Cloud-centric transitions, deep understanding of Workday, experience with Workday modules (HCM, HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll), and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in international HRIS transformation is a plus.
Technical requirements involve defining and implementing technical deployments, integrations, data migration, testing, transition strategies, and support teams. A deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem, API strategies, handling data migration issues, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring workflow integrity are crucial. Experience moving towards product-aligned teams and implementing significant HR system changes, especially transitioning to Workday, is required. Stakeholder management in complex HR tech projects and proficiency in Cloud-based HR transformation methodologies are also necessary.
