Qualifications

1 year of experience in program management.
Experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle (e.g., build, test, and release).
Experience working in a technical environment on a software engineering team.

Responsibilities

Advocate AI to accelerate programs beyond traditional PM methods.
Support development and manage roadmaps, charters, and plans for cross-functional health initiatives.
Define scopes, resource plans, and goals to keep interdependent projects on schedule.
Leverage technical expertise to drive programs end-to-end across the full development lifecycle.
Build alignment across cross-functional partners to define workstreams, schedules, and resourcing.
Tailor communications and status reports for stakeholders, including executives.
