Qualifications

Experience navigating engineering orgs with dependencies and cross-site partners.
Experience managing dependencies across a global stack.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-office, cross-time-zone projects with aligned progress.
Partner with engineering and product leads to accelerate execution of high-priority initiatives.
Oversee portfolio planning, Roadmap/OKR planning, milestones, and software schedules.
Advocate AI best practices to automate workflows and reduce toil.
Architect scalable processes and governance to reduce complexity and improve communication.
