Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven analytical experience with data-driven product insights
• Experience with support ticketing platforms (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales implementation and advertising support to TikTok's top advertisers.
• Specialize in Signals/Measurement and API monetization product pillars.
• Collaborate closely with in-market sales and product teams in a high-growth environment.
• Work with digital advertising, web and app signals and implement technologies hands-on.
