Job summary

British Heart Foundation in London is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own the roadmap for Platform Engineering & Production Operations, prioritising security, stability and continuous improvement across the digital estate.

You'll shape backlog for platform, infrastructure, and information security, translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, and lead multi-disciplinary Scrum teams to deliver valuable tech capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience as a technical Product Owner in an enterprise, owning platform/infrastructure/backlog.
Experience delivering end-to-end technical delivery through Scrum.
Experience creating robust user stories with acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and supplier governance.
Ability to balance reliability, security and change with ROI.

Responsibilities

Set direction for a multi-disciplinary Scrum team and prioritise work across platform and systems.
Translate stakeholder requirements for build, deployment and improvement of technical products and platforms.
Prioritise information security and compliance work across platforms and systems powering the website.
Provide product leadership for systems and platforms and contribute to strategy and vision.
Improve developer experience and platform reliability for safe, rapid delivery.
Act as trusted advisor for technology partnerships and translate capabilities into value.
Build executive alignment and champion Agile product management across the organisation.
