Job summary

Invesco is expanding its Copilot Studio platform and seeks a Technical Product Owner to own AI agents from concept to production. You will define vision, align with domains, and drive measurable business value across Investments, Operations, and Compliance.

Lead lifecycle from ideation to deployment, balance data, risk, and platform maturity, and collaborate with developers, security, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of product ownership experience in asset management or related areas.
• Ability to engage credibly with business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Experience translating complex workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform concepts, or similar AI/low-code tools.
• Understanding of data integration, AI limitations, and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Copilot Studio agents and define vision, scope, and success metrics.
• Translate workflows into user stories, agent behaviors, and functional requirements.
• Guide data sourcing, integrations, APIs, and reusable components for scale.
• Partner with platform teams to improve developer experience and responsible adoption.
• Define acceptance criteria, guardrails, and safety constraints for financial use.
