Job Title: Technical Product Owner

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be primarily responsible for building and owning the backlog of enhancements to the AWS Connect platform. You will understand the product's strategic direction and how it aligns with our broader business priorities. Collaboration is key; you will work with our data science and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of the backlog, measuring and reporting on results to demonstrate business value.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a new team member. Please read on! You can also contact our friendly recruitment team with any questions about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Shifts:

Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Must-Haves:
  • Experience as a Technical Product Owner or Analyst within a cloud-based organization.
  • Experience working with AWS Connect.
  • Resilient and capable of rising to challenges.
  • Experience in system implementation or migrations, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
  • Applying a test-and-learn approach to product evolution.
