Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager in Manchester, with hybrid working: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing and sales, translating technical product knowledge into compelling messaging and sales tools.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing to define ICP, strengthen positioning, and empower sales teams with impactful collateral and GTM plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Marketing, Technical Product Management, Technical Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with the Head of Product Marketing.
• Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions for technical audiences.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer-facing propositions.
• Create sales enablement materials and collateral for the sales team.
• Support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
