Macstaff is seeking a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager to own the Storm Water Control portfolio in the Bedford/Luton region. The role blends technical leadership with commercial insight to shape strategy, drive development and ensure compliant, competitive solutions.

You will work across R&D, engineering, sales and marketing to deliver lifecycle management, cost improvements and effective product literature. Hybrid working and a strong bonus await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in stormwater, drainage, SuDS, water management or civil engineering is highly relevant.
• Proven track record in product management and/or technical product development.
• Able to translate customer/market needs into viable product solutions and manage lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and optimisation of the stormwater product range.
• Manage product development projects through R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to guide strategy.
• Translate requirements into commercially viable product solutions and specs.
• Support product compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
