Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a specialism in Exchange Traded Funds to join our team in London. This role focuses on identifying, shaping and delivering innovative ETF product solutions that address evolving client needs, balancing commercial, technical and operational considerations.

You will work across business, product, technology and change functions to translate market and client needs into scalable product solutions and help shape the product

Qualifications

• Identify market needs and opportunities for new product development.
• Define needs of clients, prospects and stakeholders.
• Assess legal, regulatory, technical and operational environment for opportunities.
• Draft clear product requirements and use cases.
• Evaluate commercial viability and ROI of new opportunities.
• Support product heads in feasibility and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand emerging market needs and opportunities for new product development.
• Understand and define the specific needs of clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate the legal, regulatory, technical and operational environment relevant to new product opportunities.
• Design and conceptualise potential product solutions, translating business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Develop and document detailed use cases to support product development and decision-making.
• Support Product Heads in assessing the commercial desirability, viability and technical feasibility of new product opportunities.
• Understand the value proposition of proposed products and support ongoing go/no-go decisions based on overall business value and ROI.
