Mondrian Alpha seeks an ETF Operations professional to join the London team for a newly created role supporting a new ETF business launch. You will cover the full ETF trade lifecycle, from create/redeem to settlements and fails management, working with senior traders and portfolio managers across Europe.

The role emphasizes process improvement and automation, with collaboration to enhance controls and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETF trade support or middle office operations.
• Proven track record delivering process improvement or automation Projects.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external prime brokers.

Responsibilities

• Support the full ETF trade lifecycle: create/redeem, allocations, matching, reconciliations, settlements, and fails management.
• Liaise with senior traders and portfolio managers across Europe.
• Partner with engineering to enhance operational infrastructure and drive automation.
