Job summary

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists in London is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager to own the technical delivery of digital products across face-to-face, e-commerce and mobile channels. The role combines product leadership with practical engineering focus, ensuring end-to-end success.

You will drive a roadmap, manage APIs, integrations and testing cycles, and collaborate with internal teams as well as external developers and vendors to deliver innovative social impact

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
• Agile and sprint‑based delivery experience.
• UAT and end-to-end technical testing.
• Test case design and tooling such as Jira and Postman.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, APIs and JSON/XML.
• Experience with e-commerce integrations, Android apps, UX/UI and customer journeys.
• Experience in managing external developers, technology partners or vendors.
• Ability to produce clear, high‑quality product and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise and communicate product requirements with stakeholders.

Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting an award-winning charity with a strong focus on technology and innovation in the appointment of a Technical Product Manager.

This is an exciting, hands‑on opportunity for a technical product professional who wants to use their skills to deliver innovative digital products that make a real difference.

? Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in a London office

? Salary: £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of products and new innovations across face-to-face, e-commerce and mobile channels, working with internal teams, external partners and technology providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to partners and merchants across the product range
• Owning product and technical documentation from creation through to maintenance
• Scoping requirements and managing end-to-end and UAT testing
• Delivering product development projects on time and to a high standard
• Championing best-practice UX/UI and customer donation journeys
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs
• Working across APIs, e-commerce integrations, Android applications and different payment channels
• Keeping up to date with emerging payment technologies, trends and customer behaviours
• Managing external developers, technology partners and vendors
• Working closely with stakeholders to define, prioritise and communicate product requirements

What are we looking for?

You’ll bring experience in technical product management and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, ideally including:
