Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting an award-winning charity with a strong focus on technology in the appointment of a Technical Product Manager. This hands-on role will own the technical delivery of digital products across face-to-face, e-commerce and mobile channels in a hybrid London setup.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope requirements, manage end-to-end delivery and develop a product roadmap that delivers social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management and knowledge of the development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead Agile and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience with UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency using Jira and Postman for test design.
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, APIs and JSON/XML.
• Experience with e-commerce integrations, Android apps, UX/UI and customer journeys.
• Experience managing external developers, technology partners or vendors.
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality product and technical documentation.

? Technical Product Manager | £40,000–£50,000 | Hybrid London

Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting an award-winning charity with a strong focus on technology and innovation in the appointment of a Technical Product Manager.

This is an exciting, hands‑on opportunity for a technical product professional who wants to use their skills to deliver innovative digital products that make a real difference.

? Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in a London office

? Salary: £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of products and new innovations across face-to-face, e-commerce and mobile channels, working with internal teams, external partners and technology providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to partners and merchants across the product range
• Owning product and technical documentation from creation through to maintenance
• Scoping requirements and managing end-to-end and UAT testing
• Delivering product development projects on time and to a high standard
• Championing best-practice UX/UI and customer donation journeys
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs
• Working across APIs, e-commerce integrations, Android applications and different payment channels
• Keeping up to date with emerging payment technologies, trends and customer behaviours
• Managing external developers, technology partners and vendors
• Working closely with stakeholders to define, prioritise and communicate product requirements

What are we looking for?

You’ll bring experience in technical product management and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, ideally including:

? Agile and sprint‑based delivery

? Project management, prioritisation and requirements scoping

? UAT and end-to-end technical testing

? Test case design and tools such as Jira and Postman

? HTTP/HTTPS, APIs and JSON/XML

? E-commerce integrations, Android applications, UX/UI and customer journeys

? Managing external developers, technology partners or vendors

? Producing clear, high-quality product and technical documentation

You’ll be an analytical, proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working on technically demanding projects, managing competing priorities and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership — from initial scoping through to successful delivery — while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
