Job summary

Bjak is seeking a Technical Product Lead for the AI Email App to bridge user needs, model capabilities, and engineering constraints. You will work with ML and engineering teams to define system behavior, measurement, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on, deeply technical role requires owning product quality end-to-end, balancing quality, latency, cost, and UX, and turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans. You will drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and system design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Experience with model evaluation and AI system iteration.

Responsibilities
