Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Technical Product Lead for our AI Email App. This deeply technical, hands-on role sits at the crossroads of user needs, ML capability, and engineering constraints.

You will define how AI features behave, measure success, and continually improve system quality, reliability, and user trust, working closely with ML and engineering teams to translate requirements into concrete plans and high‑quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and system design knowledge.
• Solid understanding of modern ML and production AI systems.
• Able to read designs and engage with engineers.
• Good intuition for model limitations, hallucinations and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities and user experience.
• Translate model capabilities and constraints into product decisions.
• Trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and client engineers on design, evaluation.
• Establish evaluation frameworks across offline metrics and experiments.
• Own product quality end-to-end, reliability, and user trust.
