Job summary

NOCN Group is seeking a Technical Product Developer to join the Product Development team. You will design, develop and review vocational and technical products, working with stakeholders to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on creating innovative assessment materials, e‑assessment implementation, and ensuring alignment with Ofqual/ESFA requirements and funding rules.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 4 as stated.
• Experience with awarding bodies to develop vocational/technical products.
• Experience in education or related discipline.
• Significant Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical or Green Skills experience.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and review products using project management techniques with stakeholders.
• Ensure products meet external quality assurance and funding rules; prepare product documentation and guidance.
• Develop and maintain assessment materials including e-assessment and online exam systems.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry partners to meet standards.
