Job summary

NOCN Group is seeking a Technical Product Developer to join the Product Development team on a remote basis within the United Kingdom. The role focuses on engineering, manufacturing, electrical or green skills, delivering high-quality assessment products and services.

You will work under the Product Operations Manager to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, quality standards and sector bodies. The position offers a supportive environment with flexible and hybrid options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 4.
• Experience with awarding organisations or similar bodies.
• Experience in education or related discipline.
• Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical or Green Skills experience.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA models.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and review products with stakeholders.
• Follow NOCN processes to meet customer demand and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain innovative assessment materials including e-assessments.
• Ensure products meet regulator requirements and funding rules; prepare documentation.
