Job summary

SFJ Awards is seeking a Product Development Officer in Sheffield with hybrid working options. The role focuses on developing qualifications and assessment materials in a regulated environment, taking ownership of product portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

You will collaborate with employers, sector specialists, regulators and internal teams to ensure outputs are high quality, fit for purpose and aligned to national standards and apprenticeship assessment

Qualifications

• Experience in qualification or product development in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate customer and sector feedback into effective products and services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SFJ Awards sector and product portfolio, ensuring compliance and alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Develop content for SFJ Awards qualifications, accreditation and assessment materials.
• Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage lifecycle of qualifications including review, withdrawal, and extension.
