Job summary

NOCN Group is hiring a Technical Product Developer (Construction) to join the Product Development team. The role is remote in the United Kingdom and focuses on designing, developing and reviewing vocational and technical products with input from key stakeholders and regulators.

You will work under the Product Operations Manager to deliver high-quality services aligned with strategic objectives, while ensuring compliance with Ofqual and ESFA requirements and funding rules.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 4 or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Competent ICT user with Microsoft products and basic digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and review products using project management techniques with key stakeholders.
• Ensure products and assessment processes meet regulator requirements and funding rules; prepare documentation and guidance.
• Develop and maintain innovative assessment materials including e-assessments and online exams.
