Job summary

Radius Limited seeks a Technical Platform Manager to lead a talented software development team focused on a world-leading telematics platform. You will oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of new and existing features within an agile and waterfall environment.

You will develop deep understanding of the IT landscape, direct development activity, assess change impact and drive business and technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading high performing development teams.
• Strong software development background with NodeJS/Typescript/C# and modern web UIs.
• Experience building and managing SaaS platforms at scale on containerised cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a growing software development team and set objectives.
• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of features for the telematics platform.
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery and stakeholder expectations.
