Job summary

Radius is seeking a hands-on Development Manager to lead our software engineering team for the telematics platform at Arden Square, Crewe. You will guide delivery, manage priorities, and shape architectural decisions while working closely with the Head of Engineering.

Hitting milestones with agility and clear stakeholder communication is essential, as is mentoring a growing team of developers across NodeJS, Typescript and C#.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading high performing development teams.
• Strong software development background in NodeJS, Typescript and C#.
• Experience with SaaS platforms on cloud and containerised environments, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a growing development team and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Prioritise and schedule development tasks with stakeholders and product leads.
• Oversee architecture evolution and technology choices for the telematics platform.
