Job summary

Synergi Recruitment in Great Yarmouth is seeking an Engineering Technician to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer. The role focuses on mechanical support for production equipment including filling, capping, sealing, conveyors and packaging lines.

You will handle machine set-ups, changeovers, basic fault finding, equipment adjustments, cleaning and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging environments
• Mechanically minded with hands‑on engineering or technical experience
• Engineering qualification beneficial but not essential
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Looking for a hands-on engineering role where you'll be part of a close-knit team and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills?

We're recruiting for an Engineering Technician to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer. This mechanically focused role will see you supporting a range of production equipment including filling, capping, sealing, conveyor and packaging machinery.
