Job summary

Synergi Recruitment is looking for an Engineering Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Great Yarmouth. The role focuses on keeping equipment running smoothly and supporting a busy production line.

You will perform fault finding, support changeovers, and contribute to maintaining high production standards in a modern facility. A proactive attitude and hands-on problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or packaging.
• Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support changeovers and switchovers to maintain productivity.
