Job summary

Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in Peterborough for Machine Operatives to join a busy production team in the Food, Beverage & Tobacco sector. This temporary role offers hands-on work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Shifts rotate between 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with an attractive hourly rate of £12.85–£14.43 and potential overtime. No formal experience required, though prior manufacturing exposure is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
