Job summary

FNZ (UK) Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead to provide technical delivery support to an operations team within the Investment Operations pillar. You will oversee day-to-day services for Corporate and Retail clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and achievement of service standards in line with client KPIs.

You will drive the technical strategy, manage change governance, oversee risk controls, and liaise with regulators and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant technical operations experience within the Wealth Management / Platform industry.
• Knowledge of the UK financial services regulatory framework including the CASS, COBS, COLL and SYSC Sourcebook; HMRC and tax regulations.
• Experience in an operations management role and in client services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical delivery and ensure service standards.
• Oversee regulatory and financial risk within the team and related reporting.
• Support the Change Governance of technology solutions and ensure successful delivery from delivery to implementation.
• Provide technical engagement for audits, client visits or material meetings and represent FNZ when required.
