You will serve as the on-site technical authority, ensuring testing methodologies, quality control and ISO 17025 alignment, while guiding a team of analysts.

The role focuses on project leadership, client liaison and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a laboratory team in microbiology or cosmetics testing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 accreditation and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage quality systems and regulatory audits.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and compliance within the QMS to meet ISO 17025.
• Lead and mentor Technicians and Microbiologists, driving training and goals.
• Oversee microbiological and cosmetic testing operations, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Lead readiness for third‑party, customer and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with Quality Team to present KPI data and drive improvements.
• Serve as on‑site technical authority for testing methodologies and safety.
