Job summary

Invictus UK 2027 Ltd is seeking a Technical Officials Coordinator in Birmingham to lead planning and management of officials for the 2027 Games. You will work closely with National Governing Bodies and partners to ensure smooth recruitment, planning and event delivery.

You will manage documentation, procurement, volunteers and risk, supporting the Sport team under the Sport Director. Hybrid, full-time, fixed-term until 31 July 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within varied sporting event environments.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• Experience in identifying, managing and mitigating risks.
• Budget management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Desirable: experience as a Technical Official or managing groups of officials.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of Technical Officials for the Games.
• Coordinate with National Governing Bodies and partners.
• Manage and store all documentation to a high standard.
• Support recruitment of Technical Officials for the Games.
• Assist in planning and preparation of the Games.
• Procure and manage sport equipment within budget limits.
• Manage volunteers and keep officials informed.
• Contribute to risk management and key event documentation.
