Our client is looking for a Disabled Facilities Grant surveyor to be based in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out surveys on private housing for people who have disabilities.
• You will work closely with an occupational therapist to determine what adjustments are required to the resident's property and then you will be tasked with making sure the necessary works are carried out to correct standards and time frames.

This role is working for a local authority and the hours are 36hrs per week.
