We are currently looking for talented and motivated Technical Manager/Technical Director (Transport Planner) to join our busy Transport Planning team in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

Working as part of the Scotland Transport Planning team, you will be a key senior member of the team with a focus on building client relationships and will be responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of projects across the private and public sector.
The role will include collaborating with other teams throughout the business and you will oversee, manage, input, and deliver bids for a wide range of opportunities.
You will be a technical lead within the team, responsible for the successful delivery of projects and will have input to the financial status of the team, plus assisting the team manager and Business Unit Manager with the longer-term business strategy for the team and wider Business Unit. You will also support the team manager with mentoring and training of less experienced colleagues.
