Job description

Great opportunity for a Tech Lead to work remotely for a tech scale-up in Manchester that create cutting-edge ecommerce solutions for the automotive industry.

The company have been trading for over 10 years, their flagship software platform which is an event driven, serverless architecture built on AWS has grown to the point it now handles overs 5 million unique monthly users and they’ve become the UK market leader in their sector.

The next step in their journey is to grow their product offering and expand into new international territories so they’re looking for Tech Leads to support their growth from an engineering function of roughly 60 people to around 100.

As a Tech Lead, you’d be given the opportunity to own the technical direction of a product and lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers building software using industry best practice like TDD and pair/mob programming in a DevOps environment.

Tech:

The money is pretty good too – up to £75k plus benefits including 5% pension, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, and regular flexible/remote working.
