Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and initiatives to deliver value through ServiceNow and its modules, including IRM.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand client challenges and demonstrate solutions.
  • Contribute to technical and functional solution development and sales.
  • Support and develop client teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Establish effective ways of working to ensure project success in an engaging environment.
  • Maintain quality and assurance standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables individually and as a team leader.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing across teams globally.
  • Coach and mentor team members, acting as a positive role model.

  • Previous experience in consulting or in-house roles with ServiceNow projects.
  • Experience in Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge of other SaaS/PaaS tools.
