Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor.
• Ability to design and interpret technical demands.
• Principal Designer and Health and Safety training qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of surveys & reports required for design and completion.
• Undertake key aspects of the Principal Designer role.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
