Qualifications

Proven background as Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator in UK contracting.
Experience delivering facade, recladding or major refurbishment projects.
In-depth knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022 and Gateway submissions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical coordination of envelope, recladding and refurbishment schemes in Greater London.
Own BSR processes, Gateway 2 submissions and compliance strategies.
Coordinate architects, facade engineers, fire consultants and design partners.
Review and approve facade packages, construction details and fire safety specs.
Establish Golden Thread documentation for HRB projects.
Resolve site queries and ensure works align with approved designs.
Oversee statutory approvals and Building Regulations sign-offs.
Support commercial teams with package reviews and value engineering.
