Qualifications
- Experience working in a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor.
- Good level of IT literacy including AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Experience managing design delivery for projects.
- Strong mathematical ability and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management of technical matters related to projects.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- Manage the complete design process and liaise with consultants.
- Complete necessary surveys & reports for development.
