Job summary

Becketts Foods seeks a Technical Manager for a 9 month fixed term contract in Coventry, Monday to Friday, site based. You will lead the technical function, protecting and developing standards across food safety, legality, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing with knowledge of standards.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, legality and quality systems.
• Experience mentoring and developing a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical team to uphold food safety and quality.
• Implement HACCP, legality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and standards.
