Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational processes and production are appropriately controlled and compliant.
• Developing a quality and food safety culture throughout manufacturing by facilitating continuous improvement, identification, management, and review of testing requirements.
• Acting as the technical expert regarding processes, suppliers, and technological capabilities.
• Developing strong proactive customer relationships and collaborating closely with other departments.

Key Skills & Experience

• HACCP Level 3 certification minimum.
• Recent experience in a similar role with a hands-on approach.
