Job summary

Ashbrittle Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of multiple residential developments from pre-acquisition through to construction and completion in the UK. You will work with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs are compliant, buildable, and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a technically strong Technical Manager with experience in residential development or housebuilding.
• You will ideally have strong technical knowledge of residential construction.
• Experience managing consultants and design teams.
• Good understanding of building regulations, NHBC and technical standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A commercially aware and proactive approach.

Job description

Our client is a Waltham Abbey based and growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality new homes. Typically between 40 – 100 units per annum. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the technical delivery of a number of residential developments. The successful candidate will manage projects from pre-acquisition and planning through to construction and completion, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
