In a Nutshell
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team within Vistry North Midlands at our new office location near Castle Donington (exact location to be confirmed). As our Technical Manager, you will coordinate key information, engineering, and working drawing packages to enable residential developments to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.

More about the Technical Manager role

• Manage sites from inception to post-completion, aligned with delivery schedules
• Complete health, safety, and environmental documentation
• Coordinate surveys, reports, and design delivery
• Manage consultant fee proposals and appointments
• Coordinate civil engineering designs and legal plans
• Undertake value engineering and buildability assessments
• Secure technical approvals and legal agreements (S104, S38, S278)
• Coordinate utility designs and mains laying
• Manage street naming, plot lists, and legal compliance
• Assist in sales brochure production, legal, and handover meetings
• Provide information for contracts, progress meetings, and design packs
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all drawings and documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and landscape architects
• Support land acquisition, planning, and commercial teams
• Monitor and report on technical and development fees, including S106 obligations
• Resolve technical queries and conduct site visits as needed
