Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (Technical) based on site to lead maintenance teams across our site. You will oversee reactive and planned maintenance, drive safety compliance, and manage contractors to deliver high-quality service on time.

The role requires strong technical background in Building Services, with supervisory experience and CAFM/IT proficiency. A Level 3 in Plumbing or Electrical is preferred; a UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Experience in maintenance supervision or team leadership.
• Technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and contractors to deliver reactive and planned works.
• Manage on-site delivery with safety and compliance at the forefront.
• Oversee site inspections, asset performance and service quality.
