You’ll help ensure the shift plan runs on time and act as the first responder when production lines stop. You will diagnose and repair faults, performing mechanical first-line and preventative maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically minded with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
• Previous manufacturing and production line experience.
• Food industry experience (not essential).
• Experience in fault finding and mechanical/engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Youll be the person that helps the team organise to make sure the plan for the shift happens on time and be the first responder when production lines stop.
• Youll diagnose and repair faults where possible, performing mechanical first-line maintenance and preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep our machinery running smoothly.
• When faults require deeper expertise, you’ll work directly with our Engineering team or external specialists to get production back online safely and quickly.
