Job summary

Stannah Group in Gravesend (ENG) seeks a Technical Sales Advisor to join the Maintenance and Repair Division at the Dartford Service Branch. You will quote and secure minor repair opportunities and build long-standing client relationships within our base.

The ideal candidate has lift experience and proven sales ability, is customer-focused, and comfortable collaborating across levels of the organisation. Working hours: Mon-Thu 09:00-17:15, Fri 09:00-16:15.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Grade C or above is required.
• Lift experience preferable.
• Proven Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
