Job summary

Grass Valley is seeking a Technical Learning Content Developer to deliver high-quality instructor-led materials and supporting artefacts for our technical audiences. You will work with SMEs, Product teams and the Learning group to design, develop, package, and sign-off learning assets under a defined Statement of Work.

The role focuses on practical labs, hands-on exercises, assessments, and job aids, with rigorous review cycles and version-controlled source files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing learning content for technical audiences.
• Experience creating instructor-led materials: decks, guides, exercises, assessments.
• Strong instructional design principles and adult learning methods.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to structure complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience labs/workshops/scenario-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to capture learning requirements.
• Design and develop instructor-led learning solutions for technical audiences.
• Create training materials for classroom and virtual delivery.
• Convert complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Develop labs, hands-on exercises, demos, and scenario activities.
• Produce assessments and certification assets.
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, diagrams, and videos.
• Facilitate SME reviews for technical accuracy.
• Support QA, validation, and sign-off processes.
• Maintain source files and version control per GV standards.
• Handover documentation for continual learning support.
