Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations, etc.

As a team leader, you will need to provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members, leveraging each person's strengths to help them develop. The main responsibility is to deliver high-quality work on time and to standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security standards.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery, including scoping and planning.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred; experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is acceptable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience integrating with enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes and associated risks.
• Experience in SOD Rule design, collaborating with compliance teams, and defining granular authorizations.
• Willingness to be a hands-on contributor.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, databases, LDAP.
