Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations, etc.

As a team leader, you will provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members, leveraging each person's strengths and helping them develop. The main responsibility is to deliver quality work, to high standards, and on time.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Strong project delivery and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred; experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is acceptable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience with integration of off-the-shelf enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes, risks, and SOD rule design, including collaboration with compliance and IT teams.
• Willingness to be a hands-on contributor.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, DB, LDAP.
