Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations, etc.

As a team lead, you will support and transfer knowledge to other team members by leveraging each person's strengths and helping them develop. The main goal is to deliver high-quality work on time and to high standards.

Qualifications include:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Strong project delivery leadership skills, including scoping and planning.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is advantageous; experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is also valuable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Solid knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes and associated risks.
• Experience in SOD Rule design, collaborating with compliance, business, and IT teams.
• Ability to identify business-relevant SOD risks and develop granular authorizations.
• Willingness to contribute actively and hands-on.
• Knowledge of integration technologies like REST, DB, LDAP.
