Job summary

Your New Company, an established UK technology services business in the East Midlands, is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to own the technical direction of the modern workplace function. This role combines hands-on work with strategic influence, shaping service design and delivery.

You will guide customer conversations, work with senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment of technology choices with client goals, while staying close to the technology.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across modern workplace and endpoint technologies.
• Good knowledge of managing both Microsoft and Apple environments.
• Commercially aware, comfortable with senior stakeholders, and able to set technical direction while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the function and shape its future direction.
• Provide technical guidance, support customer conversations and identify opportunities to improve services across the wider customer base.
