Job summary

Bet365 is recruiting for a Technical Lead to drive a ground-up re-architecture of core platforms within the Risk & Regulatory department. You will lead a full-stack team through a migration to Golang, React, and cloud-based solutions, leveraging Kafka, SQL, .Net, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience leading development solutions.
• Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or TypeScript.
• Effective mentoring and coaching of team members.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Experience with high availability, multiuser, service-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply governance around overall solution design, code quality, and coding standards.
• Drive scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
• Act as escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
• Monitor the team’s output and adherence to plans.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and are well documented.
• Estimate work and produce solution documents.
• Understand the technical structure and architecture of the systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to create fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Oversee technical solutions from development to live deployment.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
