Job summary

Bet365 Company is undertaking a ground-up re-architecture of core platforms within Risk & Regulatory, adopting Golang, React, and Cloud technologies, including Kafka, SQL, .Net, and TypeScript. The Technical Lead will steer development, ensure high-quality software, and empower a team of developers to innovate and deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading development solutions.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience with high availability, multiuser, service-based systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance around overall solution design, code quality, and coding standards.
• Provide scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
• Act as escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
• Monitor team output and adherence to plans.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and architectural goals.
• Manage work estimation and produce solution documents.
• Understand the technical structure, domain, and architecture of the systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including managers and architects to create fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Oversee technical solutions from development to live at a low level.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
